The Expandavan’s are not your usual caravans, they include a carefully thought out list of features that come as standard making a warm and comfortable living space with that feel of home.
Our clever design keeps transportable size suitable for truck without the need for a pilot vehicle, keeping transport costs to a minimum. Once onsite it can be folded out, doubling the size of the living space.
Stay warm with double glazing, generous 30mm insulated wall panels and a Heap Pump. Insect screens on all the windows will allow you to stay well ventilated and cool in the summer without unwanted pests. High spec internal fittings and fixtures include window and floor coverings, built in cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, all with soft close doors and luxury fittings.
Walls are constructed using flame retardant 30mm extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation sandwiched between aluminium framed smooth fibre glass panels, for a total wall thickness of 33mm. Making the Expandavan warm, safe and quiet, while looking good. Caravan sits atop a sturdy triple axle galvanised trailer.

Not Included: Fridge, washing machine, hob or bench top ovens are not currently supplied but space for each has been considered in the superior overall design.
